My fingers were crossed….

Updated: Oct 21, 2020

…and so were my toes, and my eyelashes, that the horrific weather would change for Laura & Ross’s wedding day on Saturday!

When I was delivering the flowers the sun was desperately trying to peek through the clouds, but every now and then the heavens would open and it would pour down.

The colours that they chose for their flowers were a striking mixture of blue & yellow and this certainly helped to brighten the day!

Laura and her Bridesmaids had tied posies of Hydrangea, Cymbidium orchid, Solidago, Freesia and Roses, and the pretty Flower girl had a pomander of blue Hydrangeas.

The table centres were glass fishbowls with Hydrangea and Cymbidium inside and they hired one of our Wishing Trees for guests to write their messages on as an alternative for a guest book.

Here are a few of my photographs, but please do take a look at the super talented Shan’s Photography blog for the professional shots 🙂  You will notice the sun did come out too!!
