Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to flowers, plants and other goods purchased over the telephone, internet or counter from The Flower Studio, Tynwald Mills, St Johns, Isle of Man, IM4 3AD and is therefore governed by Manx law.

The normal hours of trading are Mon-Sat: 10-17.30 and Sun: 13.00-17.00. There is an answer machine service outside of these hours. The shop will be closed on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only. We are sorry but Sunday deliveries are not possible - orders received for Sunday delivery will be executed as soon as possible on the Monday.

The Flower Studio cannot guarantee any specific delivery times unless the delivery location is for a funeral or wedding. Our normal delivery hours are between 8am and 8pm. If the recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, we will endeavor to arrange re-delivery at a mutually agreeable time.

Every order carries our full replacement guarantee in respect of quality and value. We guarantee delivery to the address specified on the day specified but we do not guarantee delivery to the specific recipient.

We guarantee all our cut flowers and plants for a period of 7 days after purchase, with the exception of roses, summer and spring flowers, which are guaranteed for 5 days after purchase.

All products are subject to availability. The Flower Studio reserves the right to substitute any product with a product of equivalent or greater value and quality without prior notice.

In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if necessary.

We are able to cancel orders up to 24 hrs prior to delivery. If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given we may be able to cancel without charge but we reserve the right to make an admin charge if we incur costs due to the cancellation. A refund is not possible after the item has been dispatched for delivery.

We endeavor to solve all complaints and queries within 2 working days unless a third party is involved (i.e. Interflora overseas order) in which case this may take up to 5 working days.

All personal data held by The Flower Studio is in accordance with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2002. We will only use this information to keep customers up to date with the latest news and special offers at The Flower Studio, and will never pass your details on to any third parties.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: - your name - address - phone number - email address

We do not hold customer credit or debit card details on file.

The Flower Studio is committed to trading under the requirements of the British Florist Association Code of Practice. Copies of the Code can be found at www.britishfloristassociation.org or from British Florist Association, PO Box 5161, Dudley, DY1 9FX. The Flower Studio is committed to trading in accordance with the General Byelaws of the Interflora British Unit. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Wedding Promotion

  • No cash or discount alternative may be taken in lieu of the flowers.
  • This offer extends to Weddings in 2012 only.
  • The Wedding must be held on the Isle of Man
  • In the case of cancellation there will be a surcharge of £200
  • This offer applies to a maximum value of £1,500 which will include delivery / collection and set up of all flowers.
  • Free Prize draw excludes employees of The Flower Studio Limited, their agencies and anyone else associated with the promotion.
